Hello all,

We're got 14 days before Cornerstone's "Growing in Intimacy with God" All Church Retreat!  Are you ready for this?!?  Here are some logistics details for our time Sept 26-28th.

Schedule Quick Hits:

• 530P Friday - Check in starts, no dinner is provided, head up the hill to the Glacier Peak Lodge and check in at the lobby desk
  • Parking is available adjacent to the main lodge, as well as at the bottom of the hill
• 7P Friday - First session starts in our main meeting room (Mt. Zion) on the upper floor of Glacier Lodge
  • Please make every effort to be there on FRIDAY because the vision for the rest of the sessions will be laid out then.
  • Kids 0-11 will be dismissed to the lower level meeting space (Mt. Hermon) after worship

• 930A Sunday - Rooms must be cleared for checkout (11AM) but this time will be set aside before the final session to pack out of the rooms
• Reminder:  There will be no worship service at Lake Hills on Sunday!

Packing List:
Besides the essentials (including clothes for group activities and toiletries), here's a list of things to bring:

• Open heart - come to learn and hear from God!
• Bible - physical book strongly encouraged, including your kids' if applicable
• Journal
• Pen
• Refillable Water Bottle

Activities:
There will be opportunities at the camp to sign up for:

• Pool
• Crane Yard (obstacle course)
• Laser Tag
• Climbing Wall

Bed Bugs Warning
We wanted to let you know that bed bugs at campsites can occur, and Black Diamond Camp is no exception.  They have had a reported case within the past 2 months, and we have inquired about their process to eradicate any bugs, and felt their process was complete and thorough.

There is no full proof way to ensure no bugs are ever present, so here are a few tips to help you when you get home:
 - Contain your luggage:  keep luggage in the garage or bathtub, to prevent bugs from spreading into your living space (in case a hitchhiker somehow gets into your belongings).  Leave for 24 hours
-  Transfer clothing straight into the washer when bringing them into the house  
-  Dry clothes on high heat for a minimum of 30 mins to kill any bugs or eggs
-  Inspect bags or luggage before bringing them into the house
