One of the most tragic, scary and complicated issues we face when counseling, parenting or discipling, is depression/suicidal ideation. We live in an area where the rates of depression and suicide are higher than the national average and suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death for those between the ages of 10 and 24.

We've invited Chris Cole, a counselor with All Seasons Counseling, to come and help us understand these issues as well as to give us some tools, resources and strategies to help those who are suffering.

This is a free, 3 hour event with dinner from Cafe Ori provided.
