Paul's letter concludes on a personal note and this reminds us that life is really about relationships - relationship with God and with people. We spend much of our time producing things, attending meetings, finding cures, cooking meals, etc. but we shouldn't lose sight of our relationships. Paul cared enough about the believers that he sent Tychicus to them because they cared about Paul! Paul's heart was to encourage them. Deep relationships require us to be there for others in their time of need and for us to be humble to when we are in need. It also means being vulnerable to express our love for one another.
