Prayer is a powerful weapon against the spirits that seek to harm us and thrwart God's purposes. Prayer is multi-faceted and requires us to be Spirit directed, alert, and to persevere. Prayer also highlights our need for one another because our prayers on behalf of others are effective and powerful. Paul modeled this as he prayed for others and sought the prayer covering from others. Prayer is the greatest expression of our dependence on God.
