Through Christ, Gentiles have been brought into the family of God along with their Jewish brothers and sisters in the Lord. The basis of radical racial reconciliation is the cross of Christ shared by both Jewish and Gentile believers. Since the One who was most radically different from us made peace with us, we should live in peace with one another. The church should be the model of unity and reconciliation in a world that divides itself along racial, political, and economic lines.
